Managing campaigns is all about timing and visibility — knowing what has been sent, what is coming up, and what didn’t make it through. That’s why the message queue in ReachOwl just got a useful update.
Previously, the queue only showed upcoming activities, so you could see what messages were scheduled to go out. Now, two new sections have been added to give you more clarity and control: Recent Activities and Failed Activities.
This update makes it easier to stay on top of everything that’s happening inside your campaigns — what’s working, what’s not, and where you need to take action.
What’s New in the Message Queue
1. Recent Activities
This section shows you a history of actions that have already happened — messages sent, follow requests made, and other campaign actions.
It’s helpful if you want to confirm that certain steps were actually completed or just keep a record of what’s been going on in your campaigns.
2. Failed Activities
Sometimes, messages don’t send, or a follow request doesn’t go through. Now you can actually see when that happens.
The new Failed Activities section lists any actions that couldn’t be completed, so you’re not left guessing. This helps you fix issues faster and improve your campaign performance.
3. Filter by Platform or Campaign
To make things even more useful, the updated queue lets you filter all this activity by platform (like Instagram or Facebook) or by campaign.
So, instead of digging through everything manually, you can focus on exactly what you need to see — whether that’s a single campaign’s results or all the failed messages on a certain platform.
Conclusion
With the new message queue update, you can now keep track of what’s already happened in your campaigns and spot anything that didn’t go as planned. It gives you a better view of all your activity — from scheduled messages to failed actions — all in one place.
If you’re managing multiple campaigns, this makes it much easier to stay organized and spot issues early.
