What’s New in ReachOwl Facebook Campaigns?
When running Facebook Friend Request Campaigns using ReachOwl, it’s common to have some requests left in “pending” status — people who haven’t yet accepted your friend request.
This used to be a dead end. But now, with our latest update, you can take action on these pending requests directly from your Facebook campaign dashboard.
What You Can Do Now:
With just a few clicks, you can:
- Cancel All Pending Requests
- Clean up your friend request queue to avoid Facebook limits or suspicion
- Send a Message to Pending Requests
- Re-engage your audience even if they haven’t accepted your request yet
How to Use This Feature
- Go to Campaigns → Facebook
- Select the campaign you’re running (Friend Request type)
- On the campaign dashboard, find the list of Pending Requests
- You’ll now see two new buttons:
Cancel All Pending
Message Pending Audience
Why This Is Helpful:
- Keeps your account clean
- Facebook limits how many pending requests you can have — cleaning them helps maintain your outreach
- Boosts engagement
- You can send a follow-up message to pending users and encourage them to connect or check out your offer
- Avoids unnecessary blocks or action limits
- Too many pending requests can sometimes lead to restrictions — canceling them helps you stay compliant
Pro Tips:
- Don’t spam while messaging pending users — keep it natural and value-focused.
- Use cancellation wisely — don’t cancel too early. Wait a few days before acting.
Final Thoughts
This new ReachOwl feature gives you more control over your Facebook outreach. Whether you’re cleaning up your list or giving a final nudge to your audience — you’re now fully in charge of your campaign’s engagement strategy. (edited)
