Procedure To Pitch:

We do not appreciate repeated topics. Your email should include the following points.
  • Your selected topic with at least 3 innovative and engaging. 
  • Your short bio/introduction.
Send the email with the subject line “GUEST BLOG TOPIC” to [email protected].
 
NOTE: We take a maximum of 5 to 7 business days to get back to the approach. However, if you do not hear back within the time period it is certain that we have discarded your pitch.
 

Topic Accepted: What’s NEXT?

Once your topic is selected it is time to create a textual medium. Moreover, before starting with anything make sure you have gone through the instructions properly.

  • The length of the article must be 1500 words (minimum)
  • Avoid jargon or slang words
  • Articles must not be paraphrased or plagiarized 
  • Add sub-headings
  • Your paragraphs must not be longer than 5 sentences
  • The sentences must not be longer than 25 words
  • Add visuals (videos, image, screenshots, or graphs).
  • Make sure the statistics are not older than 4 years. 

NOTE: Keep the article professional and do not make it too fancy.

When To Submit?

Once we have selected the best topic given to you. Next is the summary and article;

  • Submit the summary within 2 days of the topic confirmation
  • Submit the article after 5 days of the summary

NOTE: We shall have aright to send the article for review (minor/major). You will be given time for this.

Format and Visual:

  • H1, H2, or H3 must be vividly mentioned
  • Bold all headings
  • Keep the size consistent
  • The visual must be relevant, explain them a bit, and the size must be 700×350 (negotiable; depending upon the requirement)
  • Size of the featured image should be 1200×500 (if you have decided to create)
  • Explain the statistics (if you have added)
NOTE: Send all visuals in a ZIP folder. If you wish to add a video send us its embed link.


Links:

  • Make sure your links are not promotional links
  • We offer 1 do-follow links for 1500 words article
  • We only offer 2 no-follow supporting links in the blog
NOTE: We shall have a right to erase any of the promotional links.


Double Check:

Before submitting the final article, double-check the following points:

  • Grammar
  • Plagiarism
  • Readability
  • SEO Optimization
NOTE: Send the final article in Google doc.
 

Writer’s Information:

With the article send the following things from the writer:
  • Short description
  • Social links
  • Headshot (not mandatory)

Possible Reasons For Rejecting Your Article:

  • We find paraphrased content
  • Plagiarism was found
  • You have not followed the guidelines properly
  • You send the article after deadline
  • The content does not sync with the summary
  • You are approaching for backlink only
